"World's strongest boy" breaks new record
Guiliano Stroe, a five-year-old who has been called the world’s strongest boy, caused a sensation when he performed 20 air press-ups live on Romanian television.
The physically demanding exercises, which involve raising the body from a horizontal position into a handstand with the feet never touching the ground, are more commonly performed by adult bodybuilders.
But the young Romanian, who has been lifting weights since the age of two, broke his second Guinness World Record by performing the gruelling task 20 times in a row, destroying the previous high of 12.
According to the Telegraph.Co.Uk, his first world record came last year when he claimed the title for the quickest ten-metre handstand walk – which he completed while holding a heavy ball between his legs.
Iulian Stroe, a 33-year-old former gymnast, said his son enjoys striking macho poses and performing to crowds in Italy, where he lives.

Freakishly Long Fingernails
* First Video:

In accordance with wikipedia, Lee Redmond (born February 2, 1941) held the record in the Guinness World Records for longest fingernails on both hands. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Enquirer featured her every few years and kept track of the progress of her nails.
Redmond started growing her nails in late 1978-early 1979 and although she had originally planned to have them cut off on November 22, 2006 (as she said on her guest appearances on a couple of talk shows), she chose to keep her nails after all. In the past few years, she made appearances on CBS News and at the Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum. One of her last appearances was at a fundraiser for the Salt Lake City fire department, where it was reported her nails were an average of 34–35 inches in length.
A great-grandmother, Redmond currently resides in Salt Lake City. During the time when she had her long nails, she enjoyed activities such as riding bikes with her younger sister Sierra, who had normal nails. She stated that while certain activities such as putting on a heavy coat were troublesome, she managed her daily life without much difficulty. On the Guinness TV feature, she was shown driving a car, vacuuming, doing dishes, and giving haircuts to her grandchildren. She added that her long nails didn't even interfere with her care of her husband, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
On February 10, 2009, her record-setting nails were broken off when she was ejected from a car in a four-car pile-up in Holladay, Utah. Her injuries were serious, but not life threatening.
In a Huffington Post story published on September 3, 2009 it was stated that: "Lee Redmond, who lost the fingernails in February, says it's now much easier to do things and her hands seem to fly with the weight of the nails gone. The 68-year-old won't grow her nails out again, saying it took 30 years the first time and she may not live for another 30."

Sultan Kösen: New Tallest Man in the World!
On 17th of September, London received a striking visitor as the worlds newly-crowned tallest man, Turkish Sultan Kösen (26) who measures a staggering 8 ft 1 in (246.5 cm), toured the city in celebration of the launch of Guinness World Records 2010 edition.
Earlier this year, Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief, Craig Glenday, travelled to Turkey to personally validate the claim of Kösen under strict Guinness World Records guidelines, which stipulate that the claimant must be measured three times in one day. The average of the measurements is the definitive height as it is medically proven that the body expands and shrinks throughout the day. To Glendays surprise, he discovered that Kösen also has the worlds largest hands and largest feet measuring 27.5 cm and 36.5 cm, respectively, making him a triple record holder. Kösen is also the first person in more than a decade to officially measure over 8 ft in height. He takes the record title from Chinas Bao Xi Shun (7 ft 8.95 in), after Ukrainian Leonid Stadnyks (8 ft 5.5 in) claim to the title was discredited in 2008 when he refused to be independently measured.
Glenday said: We only know of 10 confirmed or reliable cases in history of humans reaching 8 ft or more. Sultans an imposing figure, but a gentle, quiet man whos totally relaxed and unfazed about his unique standing in the world. Its a pleasure to welcome him into the Guinness World Records family and celebrate his mark as one of the most important record holders of this decade.
